Mentors

Be a mentor!
The Council is seeking friendly, enthusiastic, and energetic college students and young professionals who have a desire for making a positive impact on their community as well as younger generation by facilitating workshops, team building activities, and discussions for high school students.

Mentor roles
Three mentors will work as a team to guide a group of approximately ten high school students through the weekend Conference.

Impart your knowledge, experience, and wisdom on students

Lead and facilitate workshops, team building activities, and discussions

Challenge, inspire, and motivate students to reach his or her potential

Requirements

Mentors must be able to attend the following events:

New mentors will be required to attend a “coffee talk” (Schedule with Charles Vora)
Mentor Retreat (June 3rd-4th)
Youth Leadership Conference (June 23-25th)

Lead and facilitate workshops, team building activities, and discussions

Prospective mentors must complete and submit an application by Wednesday, May 17th. Email completed application to charles.vora@vengineer.com.
